Daily Self-Care Journal is not your typical "lined page" journal. - the space for you to be open, honest, and transparent with yourself
Also includes a video training to gain maximum benefits from your new journal. Again, not your "typical lined page" journal. This is a comprehensive self care system to help focus on your self-care beyond the manicures and pedicures.
